Research background
FOXO4 (Forkhead box O4) is a transcription factor of the FOXO family involved in cellular responses to oxidative stress, cell-cycle regulation, and senescence. Research interest centers on the FOXO4-p53 interaction in senescent cells, which has motivated the design of interfering peptides.
