Research background

CJC-1295 with DAC (Drug Affinity Complex) is a synthetic analog of growth-hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH 1-29) bearing a maleimido-propionic acid linker that binds serum albumin, markedly extending its circulating half-life. It is studied as a long-acting GHRH-receptor agonist that promotes endogenous, pulsatile growth-hormone release.

Early clinical pharmacology reported sustained elevation of GH and IGF-1; it has no approved indication.

Summary of published scientific literature provided for laboratory research reference only. It is not a claim of safety, efficacy, or suitability for any use, and does not describe or recommend any human or veterinary use.
