Research background
Dihexa (N-hexanoic-Tyr-Ile-(6) aminohexanoic amide) is a synthetic small-molecule oligopeptide derivative of angiotensin IV, designed for metabolic stability and CNS penetration. Research describes interaction with the hepatocyte growth factor (HGF)/c-Met system and effects on synaptogenesis in preclinical models.
The data are preclinical (cell and rodent); dihexa is a research compound without an approved indication.
Summary of published scientific literature provided for laboratory research reference only. It is not a claim of safety, efficacy, or suitability for any use, and does not describe or recommend any human or veterinary use.
