Shipping Policy

Overview

Catalyst Research Labs ships reference materials for laboratory research use only to qualified purchasers. This policy describes order processing, carriers, timeframes, and handling. All shipments are subject to our Terms of Service.

Order processing

Orders are reviewed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days of a confirmed order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation with tracking once your order ships.

Carriers and transit times

Domestic orders are shipped via standard tracked courier, typically arriving within 2–5 business days after dispatch. Expedited options may be available at checkout. Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Cold-chain handling

Products marked for 2–8°C cold-chain handling are packed with insulated materials and coolant to maintain temperature in transit. These items may ship on specific days to avoid weekend transit delays. The purchaser is responsible for maintaining stated storage conditions upon receipt.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Any duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Address accuracy

Purchasers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address. Contact us promptly if you need to correct an address before dispatch.

Tracking, delays, and lost shipments

Tracking details are provided for every shipment. If a package is delayed, shows no movement, or appears lost, contact us with your order number and we will open a trace with the carrier. Report transit damage or temperature excursions within 48 hours of delivery; such cases are handled under our Refund and Returns Policy.

Eligibility

We ship only to qualified purchasers aged 21 or older. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, and to limit shipping destinations where required by applicable law.
